CANCELLATION POLICY
Policy Your time is very important, as is my own. To ensure the best quality service for all my clients, I have implemented the following policies: Reminders & Confirmations • All clients (new and existing) will receive a courtesy reminder 72 hours before their appointment. • Appointments must be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. This allows adequate time for any adjustments or rescheduling if needed. Cancellation Policy • A minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service cost. Why These Policies Matter Without sufficient notice, I am unable to rebook these services, which impacts my ability to accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
